Warranty

Components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Frame is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in manufacturing. Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase and is not transferable. Labour charges associated with parts changeovers are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Modification of the frame or components shall void this warranty. Green Urban Mobility Ltd shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Original purchase invoice must be presented to Green Urban Mobility Ltd at the time of warranty claim. Green Urban Mobility Ltd reserves to the final decision to accept or deny any warranty claim. Please refer to the owner's manual for details. |
